How It Works
Building custom in Blakeney is simpler than you'd expect. Here's how it comes together:

PURCHASE YOUR LOT FROM STONE MARTIN:
Reserve your homesite with a deposit. The deposit remains refundable for the first 30 days. After that period, it becomes non-refundable, and the lot must be closed within 60 days.

CHOOSE YOUR BUILDER:
Blakeney offers the flexibility to work with the custom builder you choose. Stone Martin sells the homesites, while the design and construction of your home is managed by your selected builder.
DESIGN WITH OLD SAMFORD'S ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS:

Work with your builder to design a home that's all yours while meeting the community's Architectural Review Committee (ARC) guidelines. Plans must be submitted to the ARC for approval before breaking ground.
BUILD ON YOUR OWN TIMELINE AND MOVE IN:
